Troubleshooting a particular integration

Certainly! Here are the generic steps to troubleshoot a frozen Chrome extension:

The toolbar no longer appears

Make sure that the website was not excluded in the past. Check the "Disabled sites" settings section.

The toolbar is non-responsive, frozen or no longer appearing

You can try to solve this with two methods:

  1. Disable and Re-enable the Extension:
    • Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of Chrome to open the menu.
    • Go to More tools > Extensions.
    • Find the extension and toggle it off, then on again.
  2. Restart the browser.
  3. Check for conflicting extensions:
    • Disable other extensions one by one to see if there is a conflict.
    • If the extension starts working after disabling a particular extension, that extension might be causing the issue.

Not seeing new functionalities

Make sure that the extension is up to date. To do so, go to My Clipflow and verify the version with three digits you see in the left side bar is the latest you can find in our Chrome web store.
